Part‑Time Cold Caller / Appointment Setter for US Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking a confident, professional cold caller to support a US real‑estate outreach campaign on a project basis. You will contact a database of realtors and previously engaged prospects to qualify potential homebuyers and either transfer qualified leads live or schedule follow‑up appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to realtors and prospective homebuyers.
• Re‑engage and warm up existing contacts in the database.
• Qualify prospects against provided criteria.
• Transfer qualified leads live to the client when possible.
• Schedule appointments for qualified prospects when a live transfer is not feasible.
• Maintain accurate call notes and update CRM records.
• Follow call scripts while keeping a natural conversation style.

Required profile

• Previous experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or telemarketing.
• Excellent verbal English communication skills.
• Strong objection‑handling and rapport‑building abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
• Experience with real‑estate campaigns is a plus.
