About the role

Fikr-e-Nau is seeking part‑time, remote leaders for a 1‑year unpaid tenure to shape, manage, and expand its talent‑recognition initiatives across Pakistan and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for platform initiatives, campaigns, and digital activities.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute virtual events, networking opportunities, and community‑building programmes.
• Manage collaborations with partners, contributors, and stakeholders.
• Identify and promote talented individuals, startups, and inspiring stories.
• Contribute ideas for new initiatives, partnerships, and growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in marketing, media, events, sponsorships, partnerships, or community building.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Professionalism, accountability, and commitment to assigned responsibilities.
