Patient Care Specialist – US Healthcare

About the role

The Patient Care Specialist will work on‑site in Lahore, handling inbound and outbound calls for US‑based healthcare practices. The role involves communicating with patients and caregivers, scheduling appointments, verifying information, and documenting interactions in clinical or practice‑management systems.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and place calls using standardized scripts while maintaining a professional, empathetic tone.
• Gather patient information, explain basic procedures, and schedule appointments according to protocol.
• Accurately enter and update data in CRM or clinical systems, ensuring compliance with privacy and security standards.
• Escalate clinical concerns to licensed professionals when required.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors, participate in training, and contribute to continuous service‑quality improvement.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written English with clear communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive patient information responsibly and demonstrate empathy.
• Attention to detail for accurate data entry and record‑keeping.
• Reliability in attending EST shift schedule on a full‑time, onsite basis.

Required skills
