About the role
MacCare is seeking Patient Outreach Specialists to handle patient communications on a night shift basis in Karachi. The role involves both inbound and outbound calls to support appointments and follow‑ups.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound patient calls.
- Assist with appointments, follow‑ups, and healthcare services.
- Document patient interactions accurately.
- Follow call quality and workflow standards.
Required profile
- Excellent English communication skills with a clear/neutral accent.
- Strong listening and interpersonal abilities.
- Call center or customer service experience preferred.
- Healthcare experience is a plus.
