Payroll Support Administrator

About the role

The Payroll Support Administrator will provide accurate and timely payroll administration for Giant Finance+ clients, ensuring statutory compliance and effective use of the Precision system.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver training and support to clients on candidate, assignment and payroll set‑up.
• Process payroll, payment and deduction authorisations, ensuring completeness and proper approval.
• Support compliance activities such as P32 reconciliations, CIS submissions, pension administration and statutory filings.
• Coordinate weekly P6 processing and maintain payroll control records.
• Resolve client queries on payroll, assignments, expenses, invoices and timesheets within SLA targets.
• Identify process improvement opportunities using technology and AI tools.

Required profile

• Working towards a payroll‑related qualification or willing to undertake relevant training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer‑focused approach.
• Strong numerical accuracy, high competency in Excel and attention to detail.
• Ability to organise priorities, meet payroll deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
• Collaborative, resilient and improvement‑focused mindset.
