Performance & Growth Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Performance & Growth Marketing Specialist to drive measurable customer acquisition, revenue growth, and marketing efficiency. The role focuses on data‑driven performance marketing across paid channels and requires close collaboration with content, creative, sales, and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies on Meta, Google, LinkedIn and other paid platforms.
• Plan, launch, manage and optimise campaigns to meet acquisition and revenue targets.
• Monitor and report on metrics such as CAC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate and LTV.
• Conduct audience research, segmentation, competitor analysis and A/B testing of creatives, audiences, landing pages and offers.
• Manage budgets, optimise ad spend and maintain performance dashboards.
• Identify conversion‑rate improvement opportunities and test new acquisition channels.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in performance, growth or digital marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of paid acquisition funnels and key metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC).
• Proficiency with Google Analytics/GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem‑solving skills.
