Performance Marketer – Evening Shift

About the role

Digital Auxilius is looking for a Performance Marketer to lead and scale paid advertising campaigns on an evening shift. The role is highly performance‑driven, combining analytical thinking with creative strategy to maximise ROI, generate leads and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns across Facebook, Google, LinkedIn and X (Twitter).
• Develop strategies to reduce CAC, increase lead generation and improve ROAS.
• Monitor and analyse KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rate and present insights.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences and landing pages.
• Implement retargeting programmes and support email‑marketing automation.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards using Google Data Studio, Looker, Power BI or Excel.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on performance‑marketing experience with a proven record of scaling campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Self‑starter with solid project‑management and coordination skills.

Required skills

• Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, X (Twitter) Ads.
• Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Conversion tracking, pixels, attribution models and reporting dashboards.
• Google Data Studio, Looker, Power BI, Excel.
• Marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp or Brevo.
