Performance Marketer

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven, results‑oriented Performance Marketer to design, launch and optimise paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The role focuses on generating leads, acquiring customers and driving revenue growth through strategic media buying and continuous optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor and optimise campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, ROAS and overall ROI.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting and competitor analysis.
• Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, audiences and campaign strategies.
• Track and analyse performance using GA4, GTM and Meta Pixel.
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximise returns.
• Collaborate with design, content and sales teams to create high‑performing campaigns.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates and best practices.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Proficiency with analytics tools such as GA4, GTM and Meta Pixel.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive optimisation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
