Performance Marketer

About the role

CCRIPT is looking for a versatile Performance Marketer who will own the end‑to‑end process of script writing, creative production, campaign launch, data analysis and scaling of winning ads, leveraging AI tools throughout.

Key responsibilities

• Write high‑converting ad scripts weekly using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Copy.ai while ensuring compliance with Meta, TikTok and Google policies.
• Produce 5–10 static and video ads each week using Premiere Pro, Photoshop, CapCut, Higgsfield, Midjourney and AdCreative.ai.
• Research competitor ads, winning hooks and top offers via Meta Ad Library, Foreplay and TikTok Creative Center.
• Launch, manage and optimise campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Google Ads.
• Monitor performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, hook rate) in Google Analytics, Triple Whale and Revealbot/Birch, killing losers and scaling winners.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in creative strategy or paid advertising.
• Strong copywriting skills for hooks, angles and concepts.
• Ability to meet weekly production targets and work autonomously.
• Comfort with AI tools for copy and creative production.
