Performance Marketer (Software House Experience Required)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Performance Marketer to join our Karachi South District office. You will plan, execute and optimise data‑driven campaigns that generate leads, acquire customers and drive revenue for our software products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Monitor performance metrics, conduct A/B tests and refine targeting and creative assets to improve ROI.
• Collaborate closely with product, sales and design teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
• Prepare regular performance reports, provide actionable recommendations and stay up‑to‑date with industry trends.
• Support SEO/SEM, conversion‑rate optimisation and landing‑page optimisation to enhance the sales funnel.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Performance Marketer in a software house or technology company.
• Hands‑on expertise in managing budgets and optimisation for Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, marketing dashboards and A/B testing platforms.
• Experience with SEO/SEM, conversion‑rate optimisation and landing‑page optimisation.
• Understanding of B2B software product marketing, audience segmentation and demand‑generation strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities, comfortable working onsite in Karachi.
