Performance Marketing Intern

About the role

The Performance Marketing Intern will join Usermaven’s Islamabad office on a full‑time, on‑site basis. The role supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital performance campaigns across paid search, paid social, and display channels. You will collect and analyse campaign data, track key metrics, and prepare regular reports to guide optimisation decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and managing paid search, social and display campaigns.
• Collect, clean and analyse performance data to identify trends.
• Track key performance indicators and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on A/B tests and creative experiments.
• Support budget and bid adjustments and ensure accurate tracking in analytics and attribution tools.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and data‑analysis abilities.
• Clear communication skills for presenting findings.
• Understanding of performance management and KPI monitoring.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation.
• Basic knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and web analytics tools.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets or BI tools.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage multiple tasks and learn quickly.
• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or a related field.
