Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimise PPC campaigns for our clients across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and other digital platforms. The role focuses on delivering measurable results, improving ROAS and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across channels such as Google, Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and others.
• Plan, launch and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including keyword research, ad creation, bid management and budget allocation.
• Continuously optimise campaigns to increase click‑through rates, conversion rates and return on ad spend.
• Conduct in‑depth keyword research and create compelling ad copy and extensions.
• Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages and other campaign elements.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking and generate regular performance reports.
• Analyse competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to clients and collaborate with design, development and content teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in PPC advertising, primarily on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Google Ads and Microsoft Ads certifications preferred.
• Proven success managing eCommerce and services industry campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to handle multiple client accounts.
