Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

Carpe Diem, a leading IT and software development firm, is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to drive paid and organic digital campaigns. You will work remotely with a focus on customer acquisition, retention, and ROI optimization across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create, manage and optimize paid and organic campaigns on platforms such as Facebook/Instagram, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, and email.
• Maintain strong ROAS and efficient CPA while managing overall marketing budgets.
• Optimize sales funnels for new customer acquisition and retention, including Shopify apps and marketing automation tools.
• Liaise with the broader marketing team to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Develop daily, weekly and monthly performance reports and keep CAC at optimal levels.
• Analyze end‑to‑end customer experience across channels and suggest new high‑potential digital channels.
• Optimize bidding strategies by keyword, placement, device, geography and demographics.
• Monitor and improve Quality Score, impression share and other paid‑media metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 4‑5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within software development or project‑management environments.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable results in paid media.
• Excellent client‑facing and internal communication skills.
• Certification in Facebook Ads or Google Ads is a strong plus.
