Performance Marketing Manager (Remote)

About the role

Carpe Diem is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize digital acquisition and retention campaigns across multiple channels. This full‑time remote position focuses on data‑driven strategies, budget management, and continuous performance improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize paid and organic campaigns on platforms such as Facebook/Instagram, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, and email.
• Oversee sales funnel optimization for new customer acquisition and retention.
• Drive performance through Shopify apps and marketing automation tools.
• Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Manage budgets to achieve KPI targets while keeping CAC optimal.
• Analyze end‑to‑end customer experience across channels and suggest new growth channels.
• Optimize bidding, quality scores, impression share, and related metrics.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience in performance marketing.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering strong ROAS and efficient CPA.
• Excellent client‑facing and internal communication skills.
• Certification in Facebook Ads or Google Ads is a strong plus.
