Performance Marketing Specialist (Digital Growth)

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who will drive digital growth through data‑driven campaign management. You will work with international clients, optimizing paid media across multiple platforms to deliver measurable ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and continuously optimize performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and other paid channels.
• Monitor key performance metrics, generate insights and adjust tactics to improve cost‑per‑acquisition and overall ROI.
• Plan, allocate and manage advertising budgets efficiently.
• Collaborate with creative, sales and business teams to align campaigns with broader objectives.
• Create engaging social media and email marketing content.
• Produce regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends, platform updates and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in performance or digital marketing.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines.
