Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Performance Marketing Specialist will plan, execute and optimise paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google and LinkedIn. The role focuses on generating qualified leads, maximising ROAS and providing data‑driven insights to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage high‑performing paid media campaigns, allocating budgets to achieve lead‑generation, conversion and brand‑awareness goals.
• Continuously monitor and optimise campaigns using metrics like CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate and ROAS, and run A/B tests on creatives, copy and audience segments.
• Configure and maintain tracking tools (Meta Pixel, GA4, GTM, CAPI, UTM) to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce effective ad assets and with sales to improve lead quality and funnel performance.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports, presenting insights and recommendations to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on performance‑marketing experience, preferably in B2B and B2C environments.
• Professional certifications such as Google Ads, Meta Blueprint or Google Analytics are a plus.
