About the role
We are looking for a full‑time Performance Marketing professional to join our team in Lahore. You will plan, execute and optimise digital campaigns that generate leads and conversions for our orthodontic solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage campaign budgets and track key performance metrics across search, social and display channels.
- Conduct A/B tests, refine targeting strategies and improve return on ad spend.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
- Develop landing pages, funnels and prepare performance reports for stakeholders.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
- Experience in market research, sales and marketing strategy.
- Ability to interpret data, generate actionable insights and present clear reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Google Ads.
- Proficiency with Meta Ads.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools.
