Persian (Farsi) Quality Assurance Lead (QAL)

About the role

We are looking for a Persian (Farsi) Quality Assurance Lead to oversee the quality, consistency, and trainer performance across AI training projects. This hourly, remote contractor position will involve reviewing AI‑generated Persian content, evaluating trainer work, and ensuring that all contributors meet the defined quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Spot‑check Persian/Farsi items, identify quality issues, and provide feedback through direct messages.
• Communicate updates, new guidelines, and workflow changes to trainers and QAs via Discord.
• Answer trainer/QA questions about wording, cultural context, RTL formatting, terminology, and edge cases.
• Activate and follow up with inactive contributors, tracking availability and encouraging consistent work.
• Create and maintain project documentation, style guides, FAQs, quality notes, and onboarding materials.
• Schedule and lead onboarding and training calls to explain expectations, rubrics, and language‑specific requirements.
• Ensure alignment of all quality outputs with project rubrics and client expectations.

Required profile

• Fluent in Persian/Farsi and English with excellent written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to assess accuracy, fluency, grammar, tone, and cultural appropriateness.
• Experience managing quality workflows for remote teams.
• Comfortable using Discord for communication and documentation tools.
