Pharma Sales Representative – Faisalabad

About the role

GSK is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive product performance in Faisalabad. You will engage healthcare professionals (HCPs) with impactful interactions, execute the sales strategy, and achieve ambitious targets while embodying GSK values.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and exceed sales targets in the assigned territory.
• Execute unique HCP engagement initiatives to build product advocacy.
• Conduct effective sales calls using the Patient Focused Selling Model.
• Maintain and update KOL relationships and HCP lists.
• Identify customer journey stages and set call objectives accordingly.
• Analyze data and market trends to uncover sales opportunities.
• Implement omnichannel strategies to enhance customer experience.
• Monitor competitor activities and develop action plans to increase market share.

Required profile

• Pharm‑D or Medical Science graduate.
• 1‑2 years of proven pharma sales experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build ties with KOLs.
• Good knowledge of the pharma industry and therapeutic areas.
• Understanding of disease states and patient journeys.
