Pharma Sales Representative – Mandi Bahuddin

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to promote GSK’s pharmaceutical portfolio in the Mandi Bahuddin territory. The role focuses on building strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and driving product performance through strategic engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve ambitious sales targets and improve business performance in the assigned territory.
• Plan and execute HCP engagement initiatives to build product advocacy and generate incremental sales.
• Conduct patient‑focused sales calls, tailoring each interaction to the HCP’s stage in the customer journey.
• Maintain up‑to‑date HCP lists, segment customers, and use data insights to identify market trends and sales opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional omnichannel experiences and provide added value to accounts.
• Monitor competitor activities and develop action plans to increase market share.
• Uphold GSK values and demonstrate high integrity in all interactions.

Required profile

• Pharm‑D or Medical Science degree.
• 1‑2 years of proven pharma sales experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with key opinion leaders.
• In‑depth knowledge of disease states, patient journeys, and therapeutic areas.
• Demonstrated selling skills and a results‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in data analytics.
• Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
