Pharmaceutical Branch Manager

About the role

Paramount Distributors is looking for a Branch Manager in Kasur to oversee the daily operations and performance of its branch. The successful candidate will lead a team of 22 people and make sure the branch meets its financial and operational goals. The role combines extensive experience in pharmaceutical sales and warehouse management with strong leadership skills.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of 22 employees and create a collaborative, productive work environment.
• Manage branch operations, including sales, warehouse activities and overall branch performance.
• Develop and run business development strategies to grow revenue and market share.
• Prepare and oversee budgets, forecasts and financial reports to ensure profitability and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with operational risk management policies, regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Coordinate with the head office and vendors to keep communication and operations running smoothly.
• Implement branch audit and control testing to protect company assets and ensure accuracy.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage warehouse operations using ERP or inventory management systems.
• Analyse data and generate reports on branch performance to spot areas for improvement.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and suppliers, and train and mentor staff.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in pharmaceutical sales and warehouse management.
• Strong leadership abilities to build teamwork and drive business growth.
• Education: graduate degree, MBA or Pharm-D.

Required skills

• Proficiency with inventory or ERP systems.
• Ability to produce accurate reports and communicate clearly.
