About the role
The Planning and Performance Associate will support growth planning, data analysis, and KPI monitoring to drive user growth and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in compiling data and reports for growth planning and track user growth metrics.
- Gather, analyze, and visualize user behavior and sales performance data, maintaining dashboards.
- Monitor retention and acquisition KPIs, highlighting trends and discrepancies.
- Provide data‑driven insights to optimize marketing and operational initiatives and prepare internal reports.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, and Finance teams to align reporting with business objectives.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience in business analytics or performance tracking.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency for large dataset manipulation.
- Basic knowledge of SQL (optional but beneficial).
