Planning Architect (Senior & Entry Levels)

About the role

The consulting engineering firm, with 50 years of experience, is seeking Planning Architects for both senior and entry‑level positions in Karachi. You will join a multidisciplinary team to develop architectural designs, plans and construction documents for a variety of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Produce coordinated architectural plans, detail drawings and construction documentation.
• Develop design concepts and planning studies that meet client requirements and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with structural and MEP engineers to ensure integrated project solutions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of building materials, codes, standards and site practices.

Required profile

• Strong architectural design, planning, drafting and construction documentation capabilities.
• Working knowledge of building materials, codes, standards and site practices.
• Understanding of coordination with structural and MEP disciplines.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
