Planning Engineer – Construction

About the role

Indigo Developers is establishing a new Project Management Office in Lahore to oversee its ongoing construction projects. We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to develop and maintain project schedules, support cost control, and ensure timely delivery of our building works.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 in accordance with FIDIC contract conditions.
• Monitor progress, perform critical‑path and delay analysis, and update schedules regularly.
• Plan and allocate resources such as labour, materials, and equipment.
• Identify risks and potential delays, proposing and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Prepare progress reports, schedule updates, and related project documentation.
• Support the Quantity Surveyor team with cost control and budgeting activities.

Required profile

• BSc Civil Engineering with a valid PEC registration.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project planning, preferably in building projects.
• Proven experience working on large‑scale projects, with added advantage for those familiar with NESPAK projects.

• Competitive salary range: Rs 175,000 – Rs 250,000 per month.
