PMO – SAP Technology Consulting (Mid‑Level)

About the role

We are seeking a mid‑level PMO professional to support SAP implementation programmes. You will work within a technology consulting team, ensuring governance, compliance and delivery excellence across complex transformation engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Support SAP project management activities, monitoring timelines, budgets, scope, quality and governance.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, RAID logs, dashboards, weekly status reports and stakeholder updates.
• Coordinate functional and technical teams across SAP workstreams such as FICO, MM, SD, HR, ABAP, Basis, Data, Testing and Change Management.
• Facilitate project governance routines, steering committee preparation, work‑stream meetings and action tracking.
• Manage risk, issue resolution, dependency tracking and change control processes.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business cases, scope statements, deliverable trackers and sign‑off records.
• Provide executive‑level reporting highlighting decisions, risks, dependencies and escalations.
• Ensure compliance with SAP Activate, Agile or hybrid methodologies throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Project Management or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in SAP project management, PMO or technology transformation support.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, FMCG, Manufacturing or large‑scale enterprise transformations is an advantage.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and presentation abilities.
