POS Sales Executive - Night Shift

About the role

Vertical Edge, a North American business process outsourcing (BPO) provider focused on customer experience, is hiring for a full-time on-site POS Sales position in Karachi. The role covers night shifts and involves reaching out to leads by call, explaining Point of Sale (POS) solutions and building client relationships to meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients, understand their needs and present POS solutions
• Reach out to leads through calls and give detailed product information
• Foster strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and take part in team strategies

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
• Previous sales or BPO experience is advantageous but not mandatory
• Ability to work independently, meet sales targets and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Required skills

• Sales and negotiation skills to explain product benefits and close deals
• Customer service skills and strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in English for clear communication during the night shift
• Experience with POS systems and a solid understanding of sales processes are preferred
