About the role
As a Pre‑Kindergarten Teacher you will shape the early developmental stages of young children by creating an engaging classroom atmosphere and fostering a love for learning through play, exploration and structured early‑education concepts. You will work closely with families and the teaching team to support each child’s readiness for school.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement engaging, age‑appropriate lesson plans focused on early learning and school readiness.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment that encourages social and emotional development.
- Introduce foundational concepts in literacy, numeracy, and basic STEM through interactive and play‑based learning.
- Observe and track each child’s progress, identifying areas for extra support or enrichment.
- Maintain open, regular communication with parents and guardians regarding their child’s development and daily activities.
- Collaborate with other teaching staff and administration to enhance the overall educational experience.
