Prior Authorization Specialist

About the role

Elint RCM Solutions LLC is seeking a Prior Authorization Specialist to support its revenue cycle management services for U.S. healthcare providers. The role is night‑shift, onsite in Karachi and involves coordinating insurance verification, prior authorizations and clinical documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist providers with prescription requests, medication refills and track laboratory, pathology and diagnostic results, routing information as needed.
• Verify patient insurance coverage, document benefits, process prior‑authorization requests and follow up with patients, providers and insurers.
• Document clinic workflows, develop SOPs and maintain clear communication with physicians, nurse practitioners, schedulers and front‑desk staff.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on front‑office experience in a U.S.‑based medical practice.
• Experience performing prior authorizations, eligibility checks and benefits verification.
• Proficiency with the Jane App and strong patient‑scheduling coordination skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English, attention to detail and ability to work independently while staying in touch with the onsite team.
• Flexibility to work occasional Thursday or Friday shifts when needed.
