Privilege Branch Manager (High-Net-Worth Banking)

About the role

MCB is looking for a Privilege Branch Manager in Lahore. The manager leads the Privilege Banking branch to grow its business by strengthening relationships with high-net-worth clients and finding new opportunities, while delivering a superior customer experience through personalized attention, operational efficiency and strict compliance with KYC, AML, SBP and internal banking policies. The manager oversees a team of 5 staff and reports to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and implement sales and business development strategies for high-net-worth clients to meet growth targets and identify new premium business.
• Review branch operations against audit findings and enforce internal controls, including KYC, AML and business continuity planning.
• Deliver personalized customer service using empathy and deep product knowledge.
• Drive continuous improvement of operational efficiency and process optimization.
• Control operational costs, maximize revenue through cross-selling and keep high client retention.
• Lead, train and mentor a team of 5 branch and front-line staff.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and line management to align branch activities with organizational goals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking principles, products, best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate branch performance trends, customer needs and market conditions, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Experienced professional with a strong understanding of financial concepts, banking operations, risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Strong strategic and analytical abilities to evaluate branch performance and market conditions.
• Effective team collaboration, communication and influencing skills.
