Process Engineer – Injection Molding

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer specialized in injection molding to lead and enhance our polymer manufacturing operations. The role focuses on ensuring smooth production flow, maintaining high product quality, and driving continuous process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize injection molding processes and machine parameters to improve efficiency.
• Monitor production output, cycle times, and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot issues related to machines, molds, and polymer materials.
• Reduce scrap and waste through systematic process enhancements.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams.
• Maintain accurate production records and process documentation.
• Train operators on standard operating procedures and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or Polymer Engineering.
• 5–7 years of hands‑on experience in injection molding operations.
• Strong knowledge of molds, injection molding machines, and polymer materials.
• Proven experience in process optimization and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards (ISCC PLUS is a plus).
• Demonstrated leadership and team‑management abilities.
