Procurement Analyst – Active Networks

About the role

The Procurement Analyst – Active Networks will manage end‑to‑end procurement activities for Active Networks projects, ensuring smooth execution of RFP processes and contract management.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop and execute the full RFP/Q lifecycle, from tender mandate to purchase order issuance and contract signing.
• Prepare comprehensive commercial evaluations (TCO) and techno‑commercial QES, aligning BOQs with existing frame agreements.
• Conduct price verification, negotiations and maintain the database of out‑of‑catalogue items for later induction into price books.
• Produce weekly dashboards and team updates to track project progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a Master’s in Engineering/MBA.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑directed, able to work without supervision and highly task‑oriented.
• Energetic and eager to take on new projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
