Procurement Estimator

About the role

EZZY Technologies, a US‑based construction estimation firm, is looking for a Procurement Estimator to join its Karachi team. You will support project teams by preparing accurate procurement estimates that enable competitive and well‑documented bids for construction projects across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare material quantity takeoffs and procurement estimates from drawings, specifications and project scopes.
• Compile bills of quantities, pricing summaries, bid comparisons and supporting cost documentation.
• Research material requirements, supplier quotations, lead times and availability.
• Coordinate with estimators and stakeholders to clarify scope, exclusions, substitutions and assumptions.
• Review estimates for completeness, accuracy and alignment with bid requirements.
• Maintain organized estimating files and keep pricing data up to date.

Required profile

• Practical experience with construction estimating, procurement, quantity takeoffs or bills of quantities.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings and specifications.
• Understanding of construction materials, supplier pricing, quotations and lead‑time considerations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to verify quantities, units, rates and assumptions.
• Effective written and verbal communication with internal teams and external vendors.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for estimate preparation, formula creation, data organization and pricing analysis.
