Procurement & Sourcing Manager – FMCG / Food Industry

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement & Sourcing Manager to lead the acquisition of food ingredients, packaging materials and production‑related supplies for our fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) manufacturing business in Lahore. The role focuses on cost efficiency, supplier reliability and uninterrupted production.

Key responsibilities

• Source and negotiate with local and international suppliers for food ingredients, packaging and indirect supplies.
• Identify new vendors and develop strategic sourcing opportunities.
• Conduct market research, supplier benchmarking and maintain up‑to‑date procurement records.
• Achieve cost savings through effective negotiation and supplier management.
• Monitor supplier performance, quality and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate closely with Production, Quality, Warehouse and Finance teams.
• Prepare procurement reports and analysis using Excel to support production schedules.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in FMCG or food manufacturing.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities.
• Proven experience sourcing food raw materials and packaging.
• Excellent market research and supplier development skills.
• High integrity, transparency and professionalism.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems and procurement software.
