Product Designer

About the role

Conrad Labs is looking for a Product Designer with at least three years of experience to create intuitive digital experiences for both web and mobile applications. You will work closely with product managers, engineers and other stakeholders to shape the user experience from research through to high‑fidelity design and implementation support.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define user requirements and translate them into design solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity UI designs using tools such as Figma or Sketch.
• Design end‑to‑end user experiences for web and mobile platforms.
• Maintain and evolve the product design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Conduct or contribute to user research and usability testing, applying insights to iterate designs.
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and deliver inclusive experiences.
• Participate in product strategy discussions, applying design thinking to influence decisions.
• Work with development teams to verify accurate implementation of designs.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience in product, UI or UX design.
• Strong knowledge of UX principles, UI best practices and responsive design.
• Experience creating and managing design systems.
• Solid understanding of typography, layout and colour theory for digital interfaces.
• Familiarity with user research and usability testing methods.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
