Product Designer

About the role

Design intuitive, accessible, high‑impact web and mobile experiences. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to deliver end‑to‑end product design that connects jobseekers and employers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end product design by translating user research and business goals into wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups, prototypes, and interaction specifications.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product managers, engineers, and data analysts to define requirements and deliver production‑ready assets.
• Conduct and synthesize user research (qualitative and quantitative) to validate concepts and prioritize features.
• Contribute to and maintain a design system with reusable components, tokens, and documentation.
• Build interactive prototypes, run usability tests, and iterate based on findings and analytics.
• Prepare handoff‑ready assets and specifications for frontend engineering.

Required profile

• 3+ years of product or interaction design experience for web and mobile with a portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end projects.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or equivalent design and prototyping tools.
• Familiarity with design‑system tooling and experience contributing to design systems.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, interaction design, responsive layouts, and basic accessibility (WCAG).
• Ability to conduct or interpret user research, usability testing, interviews, and analytics‑driven insights.
