Product Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Product Designer to join our growing design team. You will work on end‑to‑end product experiences, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ship thoughtful, usable, and delightful products.

Key responsibilities

• Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for web and mobile products.
• Create high‑fidelity mockups aligned with design systems and brand guidelines.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform decisions.
• Own design documentation, component specs, and handoff to engineering teams.
• Iterate based on user feedback, analytics, and product metrics.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, component libraries, and design standards.

Required profile

• 1.5–2 years of product design experience, preferably in SaaS, fintech, healthcare, or B2B.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design work, including research, wireframes, prototypes, and polished visuals.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders.
• Self‑directed, curious, and eager to grow, with a willingness to receive and act on feedback.

Required skills

• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and prototyping tools like Framer or Webflow.
