Product Experience Analyst

About the role

US Mobile is looking for a passionate Product Experience Analyst to join its Karachi team. You will act as the bridge between customers and internal teams, helping shape a seamless, human‑centered experience across all touchpoints of the company’s 5G and IoT services.

Key responsibilities

• Define, shape, and implement a comprehensive customer experience (CX) strategy.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize processes, products, and technology for higher satisfaction.
• Analyze customer feedback and data to pinpoint pain points and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor interactions to ensure alignment with brand values and a human‑centered approach.
• Continuously innovate the CX journey based on insights and feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated empathy and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and across departments.
• Flexibility to work evening/night shifts, primarily following EST time.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
