Product Manager Auto Finance

About the role

Lead the development, management, growth, and optimisation of the bank’s Auto Finance portfolio by delivering customer‑centric and Shariah‑compliant vehicle financing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Auto Finance product strategy aligned with Retail Banking objectives.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of Auto Finance products, including design, pricing, eligibility, and customer benefits.
• Drive financing disbursement volumes, utilisation and profitability targets while monitoring portfolio performance.
• Establish and manage relationships with vehicle dealerships and automotive ecosystem partners.
• Collaborate with technology teams to digitise and automate financing processes and lead UAT and product releases.

Required profile

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in auto finance, consumer finance, retail banking or product management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Economics or related field; MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Experience with Islamic banking or Shariah‑compliant financing is an advantage.
