Product Manager – Revenue Cycle Management

About the role

PsychPlus is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own and evolve its Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) platform. You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Operations, Compliance, and business leadership to streamline the end‑to‑end revenue cycle, from patient registration through claims, payments, denials, and accounts receivable.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and backlog for the RCM platform.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and RCM Operations to define, prioritize, and deliver improvements.
• Translate business and operational requirements into clear user stories, workflows, and specifications.
• Improve core RCM workflows, including patient registration, eligibility verification, prior authorization, charge capture, claims submission, payment posting, denial management, patient billing, and accounts receivable.
• Identify automation opportunities to increase collections, reduce denials, and boost operational efficiency.
• Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, prioritization, and product delivery.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Compliance and business teams to meet payer, regulatory, and healthcare requirements.
• Serve as the subject‑matter expert and internal voice for the RCM product.

Required profile

• 7+ years of Product Management or Product Ownership experience.
• Strong healthcare technology background.
• Deep understanding of Revenue Cycle Management, medical billing, claims, payer workflows, and reimbursement.
• Experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise healthcare products.
• Proven ability to translate complex operational requirements into product requirements and user stories.
• Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, and business stakeholders.
