Product Owner – Mobile Applications

About the role

PsychPlus is seeking a Product Owner to lead the roadmap, feature prioritisation and delivery of its mobile applications that enable patients to access mental health services. You will work closely with engineering, design, QA and clinical teams to translate business goals and user needs into intuitive, reliable iOS and Android experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the mobile product roadmap, backlog and feature priorities aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with iOS, Android and cross‑platform developers to evaluate feasibility, clarify requirements and deliver high‑quality features.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create accessible, user‑centred mobile experiences that simplify onboarding, appointment scheduling and virtual care.
• Lead Agile ceremonies – sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews and retrospectives – to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor product analytics, user feedback and adoption metrics to identify friction points and inform roadmap decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst focused on mobile applications.
• Hands‑on experience managing the full mobile product lifecycle from requirements gathering through release and post‑launch optimisation.
• Understanding of healthcare privacy, security and accessibility requirements is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Agile/Scrum methodology proficiency.
• Jira and Confluence for product backlog and documentation.
