Product Research and Sourcing Specialist (Team Lead)

About the role

Commpro Technologies Inc. is hiring a Product Research and Sourcing Specialist in Lahore. The role covers product research, market analysis and supplier sourcing to find winning products, and includes managing a team of two sourcing professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Research products with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, SellerAmp or similar tools and analyze demand, competition, pricing history, BSR trends and seasonality.
• Calculate product profitability, including costs, shipping, duties, marketplace and FBA fees, margins and ROI.
• Evaluate compliance risks such as trademarks, IP, brand gating, restricted materials and certifications like CE and UKCA.
• Vet suppliers via Alibaba, 1688 and local or wholesale sources, then negotiate pricing, MOQs, packaging and lead times.
• Coordinate product sampling and quality checks, and keep product research sheets and supplier databases up to date.
• Monitor competitor listings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Lead and manage a team of two sourcing professionals, giving guidance, delegation and performance monitoring.

Required profile

• Minimum of three years of experience.
• Detail-oriented, with strong supplier vetting, quality control and competitive analysis skills.
