Production Executive

About the role

Reckitt is seeking a Production Executive to lead production activities at its Household factory. Reporting to the Production Manager, this role ensures product quality, safety and efficient manufacturing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure products are produced and stored according to documentation and quality standards.
• Monitor daily line performance, analyse KPIs, develop CAPA and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct loss monitoring, waste zero analysis and implement 5S/SMED initiatives.
• Optimize work layouts, SOPs and work instructions while ensuring compliance.
• Develop and implement safety and quality process checks, risk assessments and safety walks.
• Analyse RFT loss, deviations and quality incidents and create improvement plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• 1‑2 years experience in a manufacturing plant, preferably FMCG.
• Knowledge of supply chain management, productivity improvement and data analytics.
