Production Officer – Manufacturing & Packaging

About the role

You will work closely with planning, engineering, quality and EHS teams to keep production safe, on schedule, and compliant. The role offers clear growth opportunities, visible impact and the chance to unite science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily manufacturing and packing operations to meet schedules and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Coach, develop and supervise production technicians, ensuring safe and compliant work.
• Maintain accurate production records, perform in‑process checks and complete system postings (e.g., SAP).
• Coordinate with engineering for preventive and corrective maintenance and resolve equipment issues.
• Lead continuous‑improvement activities to raise efficiency, equipment reliability and product quality.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality systems and safety requirements.

Required profile

• Pharm‑D, Bachelor of Science or equivalent.
• 1‑2 years of hands‑on experience in manufacturing, packaging, dispensing or production operations.
• Experience working in a GMP environment.
• Practical knowledge of production documentation and batch record management.
• Understanding of environment, health and safety principles and safe working practices.
