Production Pharmacist

About the role

Oval Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Production Pharmacist to lead and innovate within its manufacturing environment, ensuring high‑quality pharmaceutical products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage pharmaceutical production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to timelines.
• Ensure full compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all regulatory standards.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop the production team to achieve performance excellence.
• Review, update, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimise workflows.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to address production‑related issues promptly.
• Monitor and analyse production metrics for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (Pharm.D).
• Fresher (entry‑level) candidates are welcome.

Required skills

• Extensive understanding of GMP principles and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards in production and documentation.
