Production Planner – Kabirwala Factory

About the role

Nestlé is looking for a Production Planner to join its Kabirwala factory. The role focuses on creating short‑term, capacity‑constrained production plans and ensuring material availability in line with plant resources.

Key responsibilities

• Develop feasible short‑term production plans within the DPS period, considering line capacity, labor and material availability.
• Identify and address practical issues such as plant shutdowns and timing of promotion activities.
• Create optimized replenishment plans for raw and packaging materials to guarantee uninterrupted production.
• Coordinate directly with defined suppliers to manage material deliveries.
• Define stock policies and management approaches for each SKU in the portfolio.
• Detect supply‑demand challenges for raw and packaging materials and work on corrective actions.
• Engage suppliers in supply‑chain improvement initiatives that generate shared value.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of relevant experience in distribution operations, supply chain or warehousing.
• Knowledge of MS Office and SAP “MH Modules”.
• Proven ability to lead initiatives with successful project outcomes.
• Strong capability to collaborate with diverse, cross‑functional teams to maintain business continuity.
