About the role

Prime Cuts, a reputable salon in Rawalpindi, is looking for a skilled Barber to join its team on a full‑time basis. You will provide high‑quality haircuts, beard grooming, and styling while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their preferred haircuts, beard styles, and grooming needs.
• Perform fades, trims, classic cuts, shaves, beard shaping, and styling according to client instructions.
• Recommend suitable grooming styles and basic after‑care products when appropriate.
• Maintain a sanitized, organized workstation and adhere to salon hygiene and safety standards.
• Manage appointments efficiently and contribute to overall client satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory of barbering supplies and report replenishment needs.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with men’s haircuts, fades, trims, and beard grooming.
• Strong knowledge of clipper, scissor, razor, and styling‑tool techniques.
• Ability to assess face shape, hair texture, and client preferences to suggest suitable styles.
• Consistent attention to hygiene, sanitation, and tool maintenance.
• Friendly communication, active listening, and professional customer service.
• Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work efficiently during busy salon hours.
