Professional Calling Agent – US Market

About the role

ABS International is seeking a Professional Calling Agent to handle US‑market customers from our Karachi office. You will work with warm leads and existing customers, deepening relationships, managing follow‑ups, and converting ongoing opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Engage US customers via phone, focusing on warm leads and existing relationships.
• Handle follow‑ups, nurture relationships, and convert sales opportunities.
• Use the company’s US‑based CRM and logistics tracking system to record interactions.
• Work the evening shift (Monday‑Saturday, 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
• Maintain accurate personal performance metrics and meet sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written English suitable for US customers.
• Experience in outbound sales, telesales, customer support or BPO (preferred but not mandatory).
• Self‑driven, accountable, and comfortable managing follow‑ups and proactive outreach.
• Available to work the specified evening shift and commute to Gulistan‑e‑Johar, Karachi.
• Fresh graduates with excellent English and a natural sales instinct are welcome.
