Professional Sales Representative

About the role

The Professional Sales Representative will work full‑time on‑site in Lahore, promoting and selling commercial units and residential apartments at IRIS Tower. The role involves direct interaction with prospective buyers and investors, guiding them through tours, pricing, and the booking process.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospects, conduct property tours and explain project features and pricing.
• Manage leads, follow up on inquiries and maintain accurate sales records.
• Collaborate with marketing and management teams to support campaigns and events.
• Build long‑term client relationships, provide updates on availability and offers, and ensure a professional, customer‑centered sales experience.

Required profile

• Strong sales, negotiation and persuasion abilities with a track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent customer service, active listening and relationship‑building skills.
• Knowledge of real‑estate or property sales processes; prior experience in real estate or construction is preferred.
• Effective communication in English and local languages, with clear presentation skills.
• Basic proficiency with CRM or lead‑management tools, email and office productivity software.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Lahore, including evenings or weekends as needed.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field is an advantage.
