About the role

We are seeking a Professional Services Consultant to join a leading global IT services firm on a contract basis. The role is fully remote and focuses on designing, delivering, and supporting AI‑driven solutions for enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end professional services engagements, from discovery through solution design to implementation.
• Collaborate with clients to identify business challenges and recommend AI‑based optimization strategies.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables aligned with client expectations.
• Provide technical guidance and best‑practice recommendations for integrating AI solutions into existing workflows.
• Conduct post‑implementation reviews to ensure satisfaction and uncover opportunities for additional services.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional services experience in AI, machine learning, or related technology domains.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software implementation challenges.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business recommendations.
• Proven experience working in remote or distributed team environments.
