Program Finance Accounting Analyst

About the role

Right Click Consulting seeks a detail‑oriented Program Finance Accounting Analyst to support program management, customer invoicing, and financial reporting within a professional services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable, expense reporting, payroll, cash management and customer invoicing to ensure accurate program‑level financial tracking.
• Perform general‑ledger activities including journal entries, account reconciliations and month‑end closing.
• Assist with forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis and prepare financial presentations for leadership and customers.

Required profile

• Solid accounting background with experience in program finance and financial reporting standards.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, able to collaborate with program managers and internal stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems such as Unanet.
• Experience in financial reporting, account reconciliation, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
• Ability to build reports and presentations using PowerPoint and business intelligence/data‑visualisation tools.
